What is required to live in the parks?

Tenants that own their own home are permitted one animal per household. Mobile Home rentals are not accepting animals at this time.
Who maintains the yards?
Tenants are responsible for the upkeep of their own yard, trees, bushes, etc. The park maintains all the common areas.
